CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Easy & care-free! Toss your bed in the wash on cold & tumble dry separately at a low temperature. They come out like new!

LARGE ORDER PURCHASE: 

Looking to purchase more than 12 Cozy Paw Beds? Please reach out to us at support@shopcozypaws.com & we will place a special order just for you.

SHIPPING:

We know you needed your Cozy item(s) yesterday, so we process orders in 1-2 business days. Depending on what shipping method you select, that is when you will receive your Cozy item(s). An email will be sent to you once your item(s) depart on their journey to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently only ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia & New Zealand but we are looking at expanding! If you live in another country & would like to purchase Cozy product(s), please send us an email at support@shopcozypaws.com so we can place a special order for you.

All customs, duties, & taxes are your responsibility which are governed by the state & country you live in. A bill including these fees may be sent to you & Cozy does not cover these additional fees. We do not offer returns, exchanges or replacements for international orders.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

This depends on the product ordered.

Delivery can vary and take 1-2 weeks for Unites States. We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so not everything comes from the US. These items ship via USPS and all have tracking numbers. 

Shipping to other countries other than United States may take 2 - 4 weeks unless otherwise specified.

TAXES:

Did you notice that sales tax charge on your receipt? This is governed by the state that you live in which is your responsibility to pay. Thanks for understanding!

LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES:

Cozy Paws is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Cozy Paws will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
